Craig Dedecker, Vice President Corporate Membership
Craig DeDecker is Director for Government Relations, Executive Branch at BAE Systems, a global defense, security, and aerospace company. As Director, he is responsible for coordinating senior level executive branch engagements and for the development and execution of a prioritized executive branch program that supports the objectives of BAE Systems and the Support Solutions business area. Craig joined BAE Systems on 19 March 2012.
Craig is a retired Army Colonel having served for over 26 years with assignments as an Infantryman with Airborne and Mechanized infantry units, served on the Army Staff as a liaison to Congress for the Army Budget Office where he worked closely with Members of Congress and their staffs. Craig also served as an Acquisition Officer in both Contracting and Program Management assignments. Craig’s last assignment was as a member of the faculty at the Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy (Formally the Industrial College of the Armed Forces).
Craig earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Illinois State University, a Master’s degree in Procurement and Acquisition Management, a Master’s degree in Management from Webster University, St Louis, Missouri, and a Master’s degree in National Resource Strategy from the National Defense University. Craig is also a graduate of the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College.
