Karen Lowe, Chairman Advisory Board
Karen R. Lowe is the Corporate Director, Army C4, Cyber & Enterprise on the Cyber, C4 Integrated Customer Team in NGC’s Government Relations organization. She is responsible for establishing/developing and maintaining effective customer relations, both internal NGC and external, as well as a clear understanding of priorities and requirements of the Executive Branch, DoD, congressional staff members, and NGC Sectors/operating units. Further, she is responsible for designing, coordinating and executing customer analysis plans, strategic customer approach plans, and customer contact plans in support of the NGC Sectors that have land forces business. She is responsible for providing input to the Cyber, C4 Vice President to assist the development of the CEO Priority Programs, and Campaign, Business Acquisition and Capture Plans. She remains keenly aware of significant policy, programmatic, budgetary, and legislative initiatives affecting Corporate/Sector goals, objectives, and business area programs.
Ms. Lowe joined Northrop Grumman’s (then TRW) Tactical Systems Division in June 2001, following a 23-year tenure in GTE Government Systems Corporation’s Government Relations/Washingon Office working with the Army. In 2004 she joined the Mission Systems Sector, Washington Operations team, and in May 2007, was selected to join the newly formed NGC Customer Relations organization as a member of the Land Forces Integrated Customer Team. She currently serves on the Association of the U.S. Army’s (AUSA) Finance Committee; as Executive Vice President, George Washington Chapter of AUSA Executive Committee; and as President of the Emerald Chase Homeowners’ Association.
Ms. Lowe was born and raised in Northern Virginia and attended Virginia Tech. She is married to Steven W. Lowe and they reside with one son Ryan, in Herndon, Virginia. Ms. Lowe also has two grown step-children, Allison and Paul, who reside in California.
